We strongly believe in giving back to our community here at Stonehaus Winery. We aim to support our community as much as possible. While we do strive to stick to charities and organizations within our community, we do help with a number of smaller organizations and events that are important to our team. New requests for donations come in weekly and almost daily, and it is difficult to respond to and fulfill them all. That’s why we ask that you follow the instructions below when submitting your sponsorship or donation request. This helps us organize and execute our involvement in a timely manner. Please email us your sponsorship and donation requests at least 90 days prior to your event.

Please include dates, times, location, attendance expectations, marketing touch points and a detailed list of things you may need from us in the way of involvement. We review these toward the end of each month and will reach out to you if we can fulfill your request. If you do not receive a response from us, it is because we do not have the staff to put our best foot forward or it doesn’t fit our existing initiatives. We wish you all the best as you move forward and appreciate you respecting our time and resources.

If you are a member of the media and would like to speak with us about our wines or if you would like to schedule a tour and/or interview with the owner, please reach out to our marketing team. This includes requests for comment, logos, photos, video footage, samples or general information about Stonehaus Winery.
