This ‘Pretty in Pink’ wine is made with the Catawba grape. The Catawba has a long history in American wine making, in fact, it was the most widely planted grape in the country in the early to mid nineteenth century. Its staying power is due to a pleasant tartness balanced with candied fruit flavors.
